Dr. Martens' classic smooth leather is durable and famously stiff to start with; it molds to your feet and gets more comfortable with wear. Made with Goodyear welt, the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, not merely glued, like many footwear constructions. This, together with their Z welt-stitch and heat-sealing process, makes it unique. Dr. Martens have an air-cushioned sole, are oil and fat resistant and offer good abrasion and slip resistance.

We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box/packaging. We will not be able to
guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.

If the product you received is "defective", we will exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund.

Otherwise, you may return any products purchased from Blendsus.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery in
their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for a refund of the merchandise value minus a 10% restocking fee.

When shipping back your order, be sure to include a copy of the receipt indicating the shipping charges or scan image with return package tracking number and your order invoice number. If our return department determines that the product is damage (before wearing) or incorrect, we will reimburse you for the shipping fees with the following condition: 1) package is shipped via the services listed above and 2) the product is damage or incorrect.
