With design help from Kiko Kostadinov Studios, the HN2-S Protoblast is one of the newest and most unique silhouettes to hit the Asics collection. The HN2-S Protoblast is a retro-futuristic sneaker comprised of aspects of previous models in the Asics library. The upper construction shares shape with Asics' Gel-100 series, while the toe is a nod to their volleyball shoe, the GELHOOP 6. The midsole's geometric design is also a cue from Asics' Novablast 2 using the same FF Blast cushioning technology. Unique features include an oversized tiger stripe design as well as extended tongue tab with elastic pull loop.
