Yesterday a crowd of people flooded the street in front of Blends Beverly Hill's location with the hope of scoring the new Off-White™ x Air Jordan I release, to be offered in "women's" sizes only and sold the old-fashioned way "first come, first serve."
With the release scheduled for 5PM, by noon the line had stretched around the corner and before long the L.A.P.D. had arrived to keep the ravenous public from spilling out into the street. The women who were lucky enough to purchase the coveted shoes also received a t-shirt designed by artist Laci Jordan as a gift with purchase featuring a nod to the "Big Poppa" lyric by the late Notorious B.I.G. "All the ladies in the the place..." for whom Blends and Jordan planned this momentous release.
