RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return:

We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box/packaging. We will not be able to
guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.

If the product you received is "defective", we will exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund.

Otherwise, you may return any products purchased from Blendsus.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery in
their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for a refund of the merchandise value minus a 10% restocking fee. 

*Sales on ALL DISCOUNTED items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged*

Exchange:
To expedite your order process and ensure that you will be able to receive the item of your choice before it's sold out, we no longer process exchange to avoid delay. Instead, please return your original item for full refund and then place a new order online to avoid delay or items being out of stock by the time it is processed.

Domestic order:
Please use the following shipping services to ship back your package:

When shipping back your order, be sure to include a copy of the receipt indicating the shipping charges or scan image with return package tracking number and your order invoice number. If our return department determines that the product is damage (before wearing) or incorrect, we will reimburse you for the shipping fees with the following condition: 1) package is shipped via the services listed above and 2) the product is damage or incorrect.

 

International order:
Please contact contact@blendsus.com before proceeding with your return for the damage or incorrect item.

Please note that delivery times are approximate and they do not include processing
time. It typically takes 1-2 days to process and fulfill an order
(excluding weekends, special releases, and holidays).

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN GOODS ONCE YOUR
PACKAGE IS DELIVERED. PLEASE ENSURE TO MAKE PROPER
ARRANGEMENTS TO RECEIVE YOUR PACKAGE.

We only ship domestically at the moment. Please contact us via email for
exceptions (we may ship via PayPal payment). Goods will be dispatched on regular
working days from Monday through Friday. Shipping prices are calculated by
weight, size and quantity and will vary between destinations. All shipments are sent
with UPS unless otherwise requested. Shipping confirmations will be sent once
