Inspired by the concept cars from the 70's, the New Balance XC-72 designed their sneaker into unexplored territory. The upper is made from textile and overlaid with hairy suede, then accented with vertically split outsole that borrows aspects from two different silhouettes, the XC15's gripper and the 375's studded pattern. As well as stability heel clip featuring the 620's herringbone pattern with signature branding on the side.
