Due to the overwhelming demand and extremely limited supply of the adidas Originals x Kanye West Yeezy Boost 350 V2 (Black/Red) we will be conducting an online raffle for both adult and infant sizes.
To participate in this raffle please provide the following:
Desired size (US Men’s 4-13 | Infant 5-10)
Raffle ballot will be closed 6pm pst on Saturday, February 11. Winner(s) will be contacted via email at random times on Monday, February 13.
Winner(s) and must provide us with the following:
Desired Blends pickup location
(Beverly Hills, Costa Mesa, Downtown Los Angeles, Larchmont Village, San Diego, Santa Ana)
Valid proof of identity
(i.e. driver license, photo i.d., passport, etc.)
Winner(s) must be able to make their purchase in-store. winning participants that are unable to make an in-store purchase will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn from the ballot for purchase at on another date. Duplicate entries will automatically be disqualified.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Return / Exchange:
We guarantee our products are brand new, authentic and come in its original box/packaging. We will not be able to
guarantee the condition of the shoebox or if the shoes have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would
recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.
If the product you received is "defective", we will exchange it for the same item instead of processing a refund.
Otherwise, you may return any products purchased from Blendsus.com within five (5) days of the date of delivery in
their original, unused condition including original shoebox (shoebox can't be taped up and must be returned as well) for a full refund of the merchandise value. For return, please request form through customer service at

To expedite your order process and ensure that you will be able to receive the item of your choice before it's sold out,
we no longer process exchange to avoid delay. Instead, please return your original item for full refund and then place a new order online to avoid delay or items being out of stock by the time it is processed.

When shipping back your order, be sure to include a copy of the receipt indicating the shipping charges or scan image with return package tracking number and your order invoice number. If our return department determines that the product is damage (before wearing) or incorrect, we will reimburse you for the shipping fees with the following condition: 1) package is shipped via the services listed above and 2) the product is damage or incorrect.
