  • DEHEN 1920 / PORTLAND, OREGON NOVEMBER 16, 2014

    16 November 2014

We recently took a trip to Portland this past weekend to visit Dehen Inc. to go over our upcoming project with their heritage subdivision “Dehen 1920.” Dehen has been manufacturing American made goods since 1920 and has ever since then continued to produce superior grade knits as well as collegiate varsity uniforms. Dehen stays true to their craft and continues to utilize vintage knitting machinery to manufacture high quality Pendleton® wool knits, which they incorporate in all of their products. We are excited to be working on this collaboration with Dehen 1920 as we believe strong heritage comes with great pride in craftsmanship and longevity, which is exactly what the brand embodies. Stay tuned.

As New Balance says in their slogan, " Let's make excellent happen" the book introduced 20 excellent makers of New balance who share a charm and fascination, past history, and upcoming projects.

The Run is set in the heart of San Francisco's Union Square and leads 13.1 miles through the city and down to Presidio. We decided to round up the troops and participate this year.
