1963 MARCH ON WASHINGTON / A NOD TO DR. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.

Today Americans celebrate the birth civil rights activist and visionary, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. A man, amongst others, who helped shape today's society not only in the United States, but the entire globe. His strong beliefs for social equality impacted many not only in the African-American community, but all minorities. Without his strength, bravery, leadership, and determination the world wouldn't be what it is today. Blends would like to take a moment to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the thousands of civil rights demonstrators who participated in the March on Washington in 1963 in which Dr. King gave his electrifying "I Have a Dream" speech.
